Short background. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve often encountered unfairness. You probably know these management attempts to “improve the atmosphere.” Usually, it’s some clumsy, useless Google Forms. Often, these surveys aren’t even anonymous. And even if they are — what guarantees that the data collection is honest and not just an imitation? Because later, your honesty might come back to bite you.

The idea. I decided to create a company “temperature checker” that is fully on the employees’ side.

How will it work:

Full anonymity. You can write whatever you really think, without choosing your words. (“This project is crap, the manager has driven me insane”) — that’s okay. These are emotions.

Data security. HR receives only dry statistics, charts, and high-level recommendations. No personal data. No direct quotes. (HR will see dissatisfaction = 10, not “the manager is a f**ing idiot”.)

Transparency. The system verifies HR’s integrity (whether the results are manipulated) and shows the real number of survey participants. We will clearly indicate if a survey is being manipulated or if participants are being artificially “boosted.”

This is a tool where employees are protected, and the company gets a real picture — not something done “just to tick a box.” I hope this project can grow into something truly impactful and useful.
